Garden Workshop Leader

Two posts:  Full time 40 hours per week, salary £31,582.95, based at Gorgie Workshops.  Part time 16 hours per week, salary pro rata to above, based at Orwell Arts.

An exciting opportunity for creative and motivated individuals with relevant gardening skills and experience of supporting adults with learning disabilities. 

The purpose is to run the Gardening Group at Gorgie Workshops or at Orwell Arts to help members to achieve positive outcomes, gain work and social skills, self-confidence and independence, and to encourage members to be actively involved in land and nature-based work. Tending, growing, harvesting, and arts and crafts connected to nature.   

Closing date: Noon on Friday 15th August. Interviews are planned for Friday 29th August.
