A wide range of organic bread and rolls are produced. Fresh bread is delivered daily to a variety of local wholefood shops, cafes and delicatessens such as Real Foods, New Leaf, Tattie Shaws, Word of Mouth Cafe, Butterflies Cafe, The Mill Cafe, Scottish Grocer and Happy Valley. Members are involved in baking, packing and delivery of orders. Working as a team is an important aspect of the bakery workshop in order to meet deadlines and maintain a consistently high quality in all products.
This group works closely together with the Bakery to produce a range of cakes, scones and biscuits for sale. The workshop has organic certification for all its products.
