Brian has completed his final chair for a commission by the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh to create a set of 15 chairs for the Botanic Cottage.
Garvald at the Scottish Bread Championships
Garvald Bakery for the first time enters the Scottish Bread Championships. We were extremely gratified to receive the following awards: Gold (for the Chilli / Chia Seed), Silver (for the Sesame),Silver (for the Herb and Pumpkin Seed varieties) and
Silver for our Sourdough bread (amidst some pretty stiff competition).
Food Bank Donations to the Salvation Army
Food Bank Donations to the Salvation Army. Many members and staff donated food for the food bank at the Salvation Army on Gorgie Road. They Salvation Army were very appreciative of this generous gesture.
